I believe women shouldn’t train and eat the same way men do because our bodies are not smaller versions of male bodies... we were created female.
My calling is to introduce women to the feminine side of progressive strength training periodization and fertility-focused nutrition.
By allying with our hormones instead of fighting them, and breaking up with the bro-science led fitness hustle matrix, women can embody their God given birthright to beauty, cyclical rhythm, and co-create a chain-breaking legacy lifestyle of loyal results for ourselves and generations to come.
How did I get here?

I learned the hard way
I am a 6ft tall retired FORD runway model who healed her anorexic relationship with food and her body through fitness, just to find herself a 23yr old divorced ball of betrayal trauma who dove head first into seeking validation from the buff arms of the competitive bodybuilding industry.
It was in the daily grind of bodybuilding and maintaining my full time career as a private in person personal trainer & co-founder of a gym facility in my community where I learned SO much (both good and bad) and witnessed the clutches of the unaligned fitness hustle & starvation dieting matrix keeping women in cycles of scarcity, insecurity, sweaty suffering, and abusive self-sabotage.
So I broke up with hustle and committed to creating a feminine alternative for women ...
I saw an opportunity to help menstruating women like me who felt unseen, unheard, and unrepresented in the masculine muggle led fitness world.
Society is built around the solar powered 24hr male hormone cycle and we all thrive within the circadian rhythm. But women have a 28 DAY hormone cycle, with both low AND high hormone phases, that should be honored with training and nutrition protocols that support and optimize a woman’s reproductive health markers AND transformation goals.
We are not machines or little men, we are magic!
